Located in Columbus, Stella Home designed a contemporary renovation of this brick Tudor style home which brings a modern twist to the Bexley landscape. With the front remaining seamless with the next door houses, the back spices things up with a new bare wood deck and metal accents to the back brick wall. The interior renovation was almost a complete overhaul of the entire space. The first floor was opened up to an open floor plan that allows the owners to flow smoothly throughout the space. Wood accents are featured throughout the entire home, with them prominently featured on the first floor from the front room where there are built in shelving making up the entirety of the open wall space to the kitchen and dining room space that features a wood beam ceiling detail. The second floor is the main living quarters while the third floor was renovated to be a studio space with ample sunlight pouring in from the eastern sun.
