This 250,000-sq.ft. corporate headquarters is designed with features that echo the company’s international and technology-driven growth. With an open floor plan that houses broad collaborative workspaces and a main social hub area on the first floor; the idea of “One KAR”, everything under the same roof, can be seen through this modernization that disintegrated the idea of previously isolated business practices and workspaces and connects them all together into a large coworking environment. The modern aesthetics to this global headquarters feature not only a monumental staircase seamlessly connecting all the floors together in a smooth transition, but also an almost purely glass facade which allows the green space surrounding the building to be brought inside along with ample natural light at all hours of the work day.
