The replacement of the Groveport Madison High School will provide not only better facilities for the students but will also create a learning environment that will help the children grow exponentially in their studies. This is caused by the classrooms being able to convert from a single classroom to multi-use collaboration areas. Academic wings flow into communal spaces as the classroom wings converge into a sky-lit rotunda. The main feature of building is the commons area: a student dining space by day but becomes the lobby for the Performing Arts Center and Arena after houses. What many may not realize is that inlaid in the terrazzo of the Commons floor is Cruiser, the legendary equine mascot of Groveport Madison High School.
